Shipping, Delivery Confirmation & Signature Requirement Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read this Shipping, Delivery Confirmation & Signature Requirement Policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

2. Order Processing and Shipping Timeframes

Orders are processed and shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or text, where available.

3. Delivery Confirmation

A package is considered delivered once the shipping carrier marks the package as “Delivered” to the shipping address provided at checkout. Carrier tracking information, delivery scans, GPS confirmation, delivery photographs, signature records, or other carrier-provided delivery evidence may be used to confirm delivery.

If tracking shows that your order was delivered, but you believe you did not receive it, you must contact us within [48 hours / 3 business days] of the carrier’s delivery scan so that we can assist you with reviewing the delivery record and, where available, initiating a carrier investigation.

4. Signature-Required Delivery Option

For added protection, we offer a Signature-Required Delivery option at checkout. Signature-Required Delivery means that the carrier may require a signature or other delivery confirmation before releasing the package.

We strongly recommend selecting Signature-Required Delivery if:

You are shipping to an apartment, dorm, office, shared building, mailroom, or high-traffic location;
You have previously experienced stolen, missing, or misdelivered packages;
You are purchasing high-value, limited-edition, or non-replaceable items; or
You will not be available to retrieve your package promptly after delivery.

5. Customer Responsibility When Declining Signature-Required Delivery

If Signature-Required Delivery is offered at checkout and you choose not to select it, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are authorizing the carrier to deliver the package without obtaining your personal signature;
You are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and retrieving the package promptly after delivery;
You assume the risk of loss, theft, misplacement, or unauthorized removal after the carrier marks the package as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout; and
We are not responsible for replacing, refunding, or reshipping items that the carrier confirms were delivered when Signature-Required Delivery was declined.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law, nor does it prevent us from assisting with a carrier investigation when appropriate.

6. Claims for Packages Marked Delivered

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not located your package, please take the following steps before contacting us:

Check the delivery area, porch, mailbox, mailroom, front desk, parcel locker, side door, garage, lobby, or any alternate delivery location;
Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, front desk personnel, or mailroom staff whether they accepted or moved the package;
Review any delivery photograph or delivery notes provided by the carrier; and
Contact the carrier directly to request delivery details.

After completing these steps, contact us at [your support email] within [48 hours / 3 business days] of the delivery scan with your order number and tracking number.

We may, at our discretion, assist with filing a carrier claim or delivery investigation. However, a carrier investigation does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or reshipment.

7. Chargebacks and Delivery Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first regarding any delivery concern before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.

For any payment dispute claiming that an item was not received, we may provide the payment processor, bank, card network, or dispute-resolution provider with evidence including, but not limited to:

Order details;
Customer name, billing address, and shipping address;
Checkout acknowledgment of this policy;
Tracking number and carrier name;
Carrier delivery confirmation;
Delivery date, time, and location information;
Delivery photograph, GPS scan, or signature record, where available;
Customer communications; and
Proof that Signature-Required Delivery was offered, selected, or declined.

If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, and Signature-Required Delivery was declined, we reserve the right to deny refund, replacement, or reshipment requests for packages reported missing after delivery.

8. Lost Packages Before Delivery

If tracking does not show that a package was delivered, or if the carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit before delivery, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. Depending on the results of the carrier investigation, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or visibly tampered with, please contact us within [48 hours / 3 business days] of delivery. Please include photos of the package, shipping label, packaging materials, and damaged items. We may require this documentation to file a carrier claim.

10. High-Value Orders

We reserve the right to require Signature-Required Delivery, adult signature, insurance, or additional verification for certain orders, including high-value orders, limited-release items, orders flagged by our fraud-prevention systems, or orders shipped to addresses with prior delivery issues.

If additional verification is required and cannot be completed, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

11. No Waiver of Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, limit, or replace any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, payment-card network rules, or consumer protection regulations.
